I adore putting effort into an exquisite presentation. While I don’t expect that level of maintenance mirrored in clients, I certainly appreciate those put effort into their appearance and hygiene as well. Basic hygiene is expected — it is completely okay and actually preferable to me if you would shower shortly after arrival - thank you. Going to be late or need to cancel/reschedule? Things happen, I definitely understand sometimes appointments may need to be altered or cancelled. However I will use discretion in accepting multiple cancellations, as well as each cancellation requiring a 30% fee if not given advance notice of at least 24 hours of appointment time. Cancellations due to sickness or any symptoms of will receive no cancellation fee, any deposits will go towards a future date
