What is Cashflow?

Cashflow: Expense Tracker is a simple, private expense and income tracker for iPhone. Add transactions in seconds, see monthly income and spending, browse insights and charts, and export your data. All data stays on your device.

How do I add a transaction?

Tap the + button on the Home screen, choose Expense or Income, enter the amount, pick a category, and tap Save. You can add an optional note and change the date.

How do I edit or delete a transaction?

Open the History tab. Tap a transaction to edit it, or swipe left on it to delete.

How do I change my currency?

Go to Settings and tap Currency. The app picks a default from your device region, and you can change it at any time.

What is Cashflow Pro?

Cashflow Pro is an optional monthly subscription ($2.99/month with a 3-day free trial) that unlocks PDF statements, full multi-month history, and custom categories. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Cashflow Pro, and tap Cancel. You can also use the Manage subscription link inside the app's Settings.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account.

Is my data private?
