Cashflow: Expense Tracker ("Cashflow", "we", "the app") is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.

The short version

Cashflow does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device.

What stays on your device

Your transactions, categories, notes, currency choice, appearance setting, and all other data you create are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database. This information is never uploaded to us or to any third party. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.

No account, no tracking

Cashflow does not require an account, a login, or an email address. It contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Purchases

Cashflow Pro is an auto-renewable subscription processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment; we never see or store your payment details. Purchase and subscription status is verified on-device through Apple's StoreKit.

Currency and region

The app reads your device's region setting once to pick a default currency symbol. This happens on-device and is not transmitted anywhere. You can change the currency at any time in Settings.

Children

Cashflow does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
