CAROLINE Flack shared a snap of her sunbathing topless after staying silent for 24 hours to rest her voice.
The 39-year-old Love Island host documented her attempt to not make a single noise for the entire day on her Instagram Story.
The star previously revealed that she was suffering from a bad throat and was put on vocal rest ahead of the next re-coupling.
At the time, she blamed it on flying a lot as she splits her time between London and the Love Island villa in Mallorca.
During her day of silence, Caroline enjoyed a meal with her niece before flying out to the Balearic Island and enjoying a dinner out.
The first post was a selfie of the beauty looking casual in a pair of aviator sunglasses alongside the caption: "Nailing 16 hours silence, a precious time for us all."
She then shared a photo of her sister's daughter sitting across the table from her.
Caroline went on to reveal that she was jetting to the villa so that she is ready for the next Flack Attack, posting a photo from the plane and the caption: "By the time I finish this series I am going to be a qualified pilot... Shall we tho?"
She tagged Heathrow Airport as the location on the snap.
The next picture was geo-tagged Mallorca, and featured Caroline with her head in her hands and the caption: "I'm not saying I deserve the Nobel prize but... I have just done 24 hours vocal rest.
"The world has been a more peaceful place."
The next day, the star shared a video of herself sunbathing topless as she chatters in French.
Soaking up the sun, Caroline wrote: "24 hours silence successful.
Making the most of the hot weather, the presenter then posted another video of her frolicking topless in the swimming pool with a pal.
Caroline is no doubt at the Love Island base in preparation for the show's iconic Casa Amor twist, which will see all of the couple's get separated and tempted with a host of sexy newcomers.
The Sun Online previously revealed that the girls will be moving to the new home for the first time ever , with a bevy of new girls set to move into the current abode in a bid to lure the boys away.

The presenter soaked up the sun sans a bikini top during her time on the white isle ahead of winter Love Island
Caroline Flack showcased her carefree nature as she shared a topless snap on social media.
The Love Island presenter, 39, who is holidaying in Ibiza, paraded her partially nude figure in a snap she posted to her Instagram stories over the weekend.
Alongside the image, that showed her modelling a pair of black bikini bottoms, Caroline wrote "nudist."
The leggy beauty appeared happy and relaxed as she concealed her ample assets as she laid on her front and tied her hair up in order to let the sun kiss her back and peachy bottom.
Caroline shaded her eyes with round lens sunglasses as she rested her head on a pillow.
The host is enjoying some time off ahead of debut of winter Love Island.
After the success of Love Island over the summer, show bosses have decided to double up with hot singletons looking for love, by adding a winter series in the new year.
This will see another bunch of hopefuls heading to Cape Town in South Africa, with the view of starting 2020 by finding the perfect partner under the winter sun.
Speaking to The Sun at Louise Redknapp's Heavy Love album launch, Caroline said she "I literally cannot wait," for the additional series to start.
She went on to claim that winter Love Island "is going to be so hot. Probably the hottest one yet."
Caroline has hosted every series of the show since it returned in 2015 and will be heading south to be part of the winter version as well.
The TV star reckons it is an incredible opportunity for her, saying: "Cape Town, can you believe it? Love Island's twice a year now, it's going to be mad."
The announcement of an additional series has been warmly greeted by fans of the show.
Speaking about the reasoning behind adding a new show to the schedules, Paul Mortimer, Head of Digital Channels and Acquisitions at ITV, said: “Off the back of a record-breaking year, we're delighted to be bringing an extra series of our biggest and sunniest show to the 2020 schedule.
