A husband and wife told how their swinging lifestyle of group sex and 'couple swap' cruises has helped make their marriage stronger.
Carol Ann and David Lee, both 54, from Montreal, Canada , started dating after their respective spouses fell in love with each other and ended their marriages.
After two years of monogamy, Carol and David were introduced to the swinging lifestyle by a couple who they met on an adults-only, 'topless optional' holiday to Cancun, Mexico , in 2008.
In the decade since the couple have bonded over their sexual adventures, including attending swingers parties together and taking part in a hot-tub orgy with 20 people.

Mother-of-three Carol, a retired food industry worker, said: 'Twelve years ago, our exes fell in love with each other and then dumped me and David so they could get married.
'At the time, it was devastating but after supporting one another through our respective divorces, David and I fell in love and discovered the swinging lifestyle.
'Not only are we having the best sex of our lives now, more importantly, we are having the best time of our lives - whether that's having an orgy in a hot tub or doing a full couple swap on an unforgettable cruise.
'As a couple, we have never been stronger and share everything together.'

Father-of-three David said: 'At the time, it hurt when my ex-wife left me for Carol's husband. However looking back, the day she dumped me was the best day of my life.
'But as much as Carol and I love threesomes, foursomes and orgies, we use that as a stimulus for our own fantastic sex life.
'These amazing experiences bring us closer together and improve our communication.'
David married his ex-wife when he was 29 but after 10 years their marriage had become sexless. 'As time went on, our relationship became boring and stale,' he said. 'We were good friends but we had very little sex.'

'Within six months, the attraction between my husband and David's wife just built up until one day, they realized they wanted to break up with us and be together themselves,' Carol said.
The two marriages ended on the same day in December 2005 and the following day Carol and David met up to have 'revenge sex' to get back at their exes.

The couple, who married in 2013, are also in talks to produce a feature-length film about swinging
David said: 'Carol and I met up the day after our partners broke up with us. We vented our feelings to each other and when I got to Carol's driveway, we just had angry, passionate sex in the back of my car.
'Neither of us had been having sex with our exes so it was like we had caught up on a year's worth of it. There was so much frustration we were letting go of.
'From there on, Carol and I became friends with benefits and it was a good distraction from the pain of our divorces.'
Over the next 12 months the couple fell in love and became monogamous.
'When David and I finally became a couple, our exes were really happy for us,' Carol said. 'In fact, they were almost relieved.'

The couple were monogamous for the first two years of their relationship. In March 2008, the pair went on vacation to an adults-only, topless optional resort in Cancun, Mexico, and had their first swinging adventure.
David said: 'We were at the resort and we were on a sunbed next to another topless couple from London. We got chatting to them and they started telling us about their swingers lifestyle.
'Carol and I are very sexually open minded anyway and we became curious about their open relationship and swingers parties. We had no clue that this other world existed and it changed the way we thought about relationships.
'Inspired by our conversation, we met another couple on the beach the next day and asked if they wanted to do a couples massage with us. Carol and I ended up having sex in the same room as them and a few days later, we met the British couple again.
'One thing led to another and we played with them too. By the end of the holiday, we had done a full couple swap with another couple and we became fully-fledged swingers.'
Carol said: 'In the year following our enlightening Mexico vacation, we started going to lifestyle parties and spending over $5,000 (£2,700) on sex toys.
'We've had some amazing experiences, having an orgy with 20 other people in a hot tub and playing with ten gorgeous couples on a cruise.
'But when we're experimenting, we always make sure we're in the same room together. David and I are never apart when we're swinging and I love seeing and hearing him getting turned on.
'We're just like any other couple but we talk about and share everything with each other.
'Our children and friends are happy for us. We've been together twelve years now and we learn more about each other every time. Life has never been better.'
Carol and David remain friends with their exes and last year both couples spent Christmas together.
Carol and David, who works in sales, now host their own relationship advice radio show called 'The Sexy Lifestyle with Carol and David' on VoiceAmerica.com .
The couple, who married in 2013, are also in talks to produce a feature-length film about swinging.
David said: 'We love teaching people about different ways they can spice up their sex lives and "live happy, healthy and horny". Not just through swinging but through just having a great relationship.'
