Carla nació el 19 de abril de 1977 en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Estudió en el “Colegio Normal 10 de Belgrano.” También realizó estudios en la escuela de danza de Julio Bocca.
Estuvo en pareja con el productor y músico Guillermo Brutto. En el 2009 nació su primer hija llamada Mora. Carla tuvo el parto en su casa porque ella así lo decidió. Cuatro años más tarde nació su segundo hijo llamado Facundo. Estuvieron juntos por más de 13 años, y Carla confesó que varias veces estuvieron a punto de separarse, pero que no lo hicieron, ya que si bien es cotidiano que se peleen, al final es más fuerte el amor. Sin embargo, en septiembre de 2017 la pareja decidió ponerle punto final a la relación. Lo más duro para ella, fue tener que separarse unos días de sus hijos para que pudieran ver al padre.
Fue conductora del programa “Tienes una cita” del canal “Cosmopolitan.” Tuvo que mudarse a Colombia y a México para realizarlo. También fue parte de “A todo dar” en Costa Rica. También trabajó como bailarina el los shows “Celebration” y “La Cajita Social Show.” En Argentina se hizo conocida principalmente por trabajar en el programa nocturno “Call TV.” Luego adquirió más popularidad y comenzó a trabajar en el canal “Fox Sports ” en el programa de entretenimiento llamado “Sabelotodo.” Trabajó en “Feliz domingo,” lo que la llevó a ganar un premio como revelación. En el año 2006 fue conductora de “Jugados por Amor” por “Canal 9.” Ese mismo año participó del reality show Bailando por un Sueño del programa Showmatch . Allí resultó la ganadora del concurso. En el año 2007 participó nuevamente de Bailando por un Sueño . También fue conductora de “Este es el show,” programa que trataba temas sobre el concurso de baile. Además, trabajó nuevamente en “Cosmopolitan” en “El objeto del deseo.” En el año 2008 condujo “El casting de la tele”. En el año 2016 trabajó en “Los unos y los otros.” En el año 2018 se encuentra trabajando en el programa de espectáculos “Confrontados.”
Fue parte de la obra de teatro “Boeing-Boeing.” Trabajó en la obra “El show de las divorciadas.” En el año 2009 trabajó en radio en el programa “Nada que ver.” Ese mismo año trabajó en la obra “La Cena de Los tontos.”
Confesó que quiso hacerse una cirugía estética (operarse los senos), pero que luego de hablar con muchas personas le tomó miedo a la operación, por lo que decidió quedarse así. Tuvo pequeñas participaciones en novelas de televisión como “Los Roldan” y “Patito feo.” Estatura / Altura : 170 cm
