Mastercard Foundation is hiring a Lead, Finance Operations (Full-time) to support financial planning, operational excellence, and performance management across Africa. The role reports to the Executive Director, Program Finance and will lead finance transformation initiatives, strengthen compliance and controls, and drive alignment with the Foundation’s mission.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred), plus a CPA/ACCA designation. At least 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership, is required. Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in large/global organizations are essential.
