Key Responsibilities
In this independent role, you will:
· Engage with professionals who have expressed interest in leadership and development pathways.
· Lead structured discovery conversations to understand goals, motivations and readiness.
· Share programme information using established digital resources and systems.
· Manage follow-up activity and candidate progress in a professional way.
· Participate in ongoing online training and professional development sessions.
The Ideal Profile
· 5+ years’ experience in leadership, HR, recruitment, coaching, learning and development, consulting, sales, business development, training, operations or professional services.
· Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely.
· Interested in leadership, career development, personal growth and flexible ways of working.
· Professional, accountable and open to learning within an established framework.
