Top Talkers: Rapper Cardi B deactivates her Instagram account after receiving criticism for her Grammy win.
Cardi B promoted the release of her new single with a censored nude photo of herself being perp-walked in handcuffs.
The rapper dropped her single, “Press” on Friday after teasing it for days prior on Instagram. In perhaps her most eye-catching promotion yet, the 26-year-old singer released a brief snippet of the song over an image of herself completely naked being walked out of a courthouse by police with photographers wielding old-timey cameras snapping shots of her. Black bars cover her private parts, but there’s still very little left to the imagination.
“Press, press, press, press, press. Cardi don’t need more press,” she raps in the lyrics for the new single.
The star shared a second snap from the same photo shoot, this time with only one black bar and her long hair covering both her breasts.
While the images certainly grab the eye, they’re only the latest in a long line of provocative content that she used to promote "Press." Earlier in the week, the rapper posted a photo of herself framing her face while in handcuffs - a nod to a famous photo of infamous serial killer Aileen Wuornos .
She even shared a photo of Wuornos, who was executed after murdering several men while working as a prostitute in Florida, in the same pose on Twitter .
The song is a commentary on living life in the public eye, which was a major theme throughout Cardi B’s first studio album, “Invasion of Privacy.”
While the star is clearly not shy about showing some skin, she took issue with a rumor that circulated online recently that alleged she had a wardrobe malfunction at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards.
“Y’all motherf—kers going around with this f—ing picture photoshopping it even more like, ‘Oh Cardi p—y, Cardi p—y,'” she griped at the time. “First of all, that ain’t my p—y. My p—y right here. This where I birthed my daughter from.”

Cardi B shocked her fans by sharing an explicit video to Instagram while backstage at the Billboard Awards on Wednesday.
The 26-year-old rapper stripped off to just a tiny thong and made crude references to her genitalia during a mid-ceremony costume change.
The video was her effort to address photos circulating online of a 'wardrobe malfunction' that took place earlier on the Las Vegas red carpet.
In the red carpet photo, she kissed her husband Offset while lifting up her leg.
While she was wearing underwear in the NSFW (not safe for work) photo, trolls doctored the image to make it look like she wasn’t.
And Cardi made it clear she was not happy.

Cardi B had a successful night the Billboard Music Awards 2019 after picking up a few gongs, but she also deserves one for her stunning outfit.
The rapper opted for a bright ensemble for the occasion, although this was just the first of many outfits she slipped in to. This bright yellow bandeau top and maxi skirt hail from the AW19 collection by Moschino, as designed by Jeremy Scott, and it sure makes an impact.

Cardi said in the video: 'Y'all motherf***ers going around showing this f***ing picture now y'all photoshopping it even more.'
She went on to deny that she revealed too much in the snap making its way around social media, and patted between her legs in an attempt to prove it.
Cardi continued by giving fans an anatomy lesson: 'This right here is where I birthed my daughter from. This right here the part when I go like this, that's just my a**. You know when you got the fat a**.'
Then she joked about her days as a stripper as she said: 'Y'all wanna look at my p**** so bad, you should have seen me when I was a motherf***ing stripper and I was promoting myself like "come see me!" Now too bad!'
Perhaps the most amusing part of the clip came toward the end when her husband was about to walk in the room before realizing she was filming a video and stopping.
Big winner! Regardless of the drama, it was one of the biggest nights of Cardi's career as she won six awards including Top Rap Female Artist and Top 100 Song

When accepting the Best Rap Song award for her track I Like It featuring J Balvin and Bad Bunny the crowd began cheering as Cardi joked: 'Wait a minute. Let me finish my speech, goddamn it.'
'People need to hear this. I remember when I first hit the billboard at 85 with Bodak Yellow. I still celebrate the same way with every billboard,' she added.

The Bodak Yellow singer took on a yellow theme for her outfit too pairing a skimpy tube top with matching skirt.

The skirt boasted a high split, which meant that Cardi -whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar- flashed photographers when her rapper husband lifted her leg while leaning in for a passionate kiss.
The tiny top also showed plenty of Cardi B's recent breast augmentation.
The Money rapper admitted to having her breasts redone through cosmetic surgery after the birth of her 9-month-old daughter Kulture during an interview with Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday.
'I just got my boobs redone,'the 26-year-old explained. 'I feel good, but then sometimes I feel like not, you know? [When] your skin is stretched out.'

She said in a video posted to Instagram last September that she was planning to go under the knife after Kulture 'did [her] bad.'

Cardi B is living her “Best Life” — and her husband Offset used Instagram to prove it.


In a nude photo posted over the weekend, the new mom, 25, shows off her post-baby body. Wearing a long pink wig with a grey stripe, Cardi B displays her tattoos and glances at the camera while covering herself with one hand and perching her leg on a chair.


Offset, 26, called the “Bodak Yellow” rapper “wifey,” “goddess,” and “beauty” in the caption of the snapshot. He included a series of tongue and ring emojis.


Offset posted the picture on Saturday before performing with Migos at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Making the show even more special for fans, Cardi B made a surprise appearance onstage.


Earlier that day, Cardi B posted a photograph of herself in lingerie on a plane and wrote, “im on my way to you.” Offset commented, “HURRY HURRY HURRY.”

The couple, who secretly tied the knot in September, welcomed daughter Kulture Kiari on July 10. Kulture is Cardi B ’s first child and Offset’s fourth (he has sons Jordan and Kody and daughter Kalea Marie).


Cardi B has been open about her motherhood journey. “I met my match,” she said last month. “She is very demanding. I can’t believe I have a boss. I really have a boss.”


In July, she wrote on Twitter that she was counting the days until she and Offset could have postpartum sex : “3 weeks and 4 days Yes b— I’m counting, wassup!”


On Saturday, she showed her Instagram followers a shot of her and Offset getting cozy and wrote, “When the 6 weeks up.”

It’s not the first time that right-wing commentator Candace Owens and rap artist Cardi B have had a Twitter feud. But did the ‘WAP’ artist take it too far this time? She posted a full-frontal nude photo of former first lady Melania Trump.
While the tweet has since been removed, it allegedly featured a photo of Melania from her photoshoot with Alé de Basse­ville, a French photographer, which was published in the January 1997 issue of the now-defunct Max Magazine, a men's magazine published in several European countries.
The feud started with Owens going on Fox News and speaking with Tucker Carlson about Cardi B's performance of ‘WAP’ during the Grammy Awards. As per Owens, the performance contributed to “a weakening of American society.” Following that, Cardi B took to Twitter to respond sarcastically. As the feud went ahead, things spiraled out of control.
Owens accused Cardi B, calling her by her birth name, Belcalis, of encouraging “young women to strip themselves of dignity.” She wrote: “I don’t work for Fox News, Belcalis, nor do I take issue with you having success. I take issue with you being used to encourage young women to strip themselves of dignity. Men typically treat women how they treat themselves. You know that.”

“I don’t know why candy is so bothered by WAP. I was just inspired by our former First Lady. Anyways congrats on your new show I hope you speak more about WAP I need it to reach a new Audience to go 6x platinum. Any exposure will help.
