The music video for Normani 's first single since 2019 is leaving nothing to the imagination.
The 25-year-old Fifth Harmony alum teams up with Cardi B as both stars appear naked in the video for "Wild Side," which was released on Friday, July 16. The two of them have been close for a while, as Normani made a cameo in the video for Cardi's smash hit "WAP."
Cardi's feature arrives in the second half of the song, and she makes the most of her screen time. Sure enough, she and Normani are both shown completely naked above a gorgeous pool before they're about to get showered by water from above.
Among the other highlights include the " Dancing With a Stranger " vocalist showing off impressive dance moves from a rooftop, and later wearing a leopard-print outfit in a helicopter while a number of shirtless men do their best to join her inside the vehicle. Who could blame them?
During the chorus, Normani—who has yet to share details about an upcoming album—sings, "We can't just keep talkin' about it/We think too often about it/We can't just be cautious about it/I wanna get wild."
Prior to the music video dropping, Normani posted footage to her Instagram Story of Cardi B hyping up her followers about the release.
"I feel like this is Normani's big comeback, and I want you guys to treat it like it's her birthday," Cardi shared. "Like, this is literally her birthday, and this song, this everything, is so amazing, and I'm just literally so proud of her. I'm just like the support team!"
The 28-year-old "Up" rapper continued, "I'm so excited. You guys are going to see Normani in a different light. Oh, my gosh, I'm excited. This is amazing."
Normani, who hasn't released a single as a solo featured artist since 2019's "Motivation," was clearly embracing the moment as well. Just after the video premiered, she shared images to Instagram of herself and Cardi from the shoot, adding the caption, "I'm crying."

Cardi B is living her “Best Life” — and her husband Offset used Instagram to prove it.
In a nude photo posted over the weekend, the new mom, 25, shows off her post-baby body. Wearing a long pink wig with a grey stripe, Cardi B displays her tattoos and glances at the camera while covering herself with one hand and perching her leg on a chair.
Offset, 26, called the “Bodak Yellow” rapper “wifey,” “goddess,” and “beauty” in the caption of the snapshot. He included a series of tongue and ring emojis.
Offset posted the picture on Saturday before performing with Migos at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Making the show even more special for fans, Cardi B made a surprise appearance onstage.
Earlier that day, Cardi B posted a photograph of herself in lingerie on a plane and wrote, “im on my way to you.” Offset commented, “HURRY HURRY HURRY.”

The couple, who secretly tied the knot in September, welcomed daughter Kulture Kiari on July 10. Kulture is Cardi B ’s first child and Offset’s fourth (he has sons Jordan and Kody and daughter Kalea Marie).
Cardi B has been open about her motherhood journey. “I met my match,” she said last month. “She is very demanding. I can’t believe I have a boss. I really have a boss.”
In July, she wrote on Twitter that she was counting the days until she and Offset could have postpartum sex : “3 weeks and 4 days Yes b— I’m counting, wassup!”
On Saturday, she showed her Instagram followers a shot of her and Offset getting cozy and wrote, “When the 6 weeks up.”

Cardi B isn't holding back in her latest music video.
On Wednesday, the 26-year-old rapper dropped the sure-to-be controversial video for "Press," which features nudity, blood and violence. The video starts with a threesome and only gets more wild, as a white lingerie-clad Cardi smokes a cigarette and fires a gun -- all before the song starts.
With the next portion of the video, Cardi seems to be directly addressing her current legal woes -- she pleaded not guilty to two felony and 10 misdemeanor counts earlier this week, following an alleged incident in a strip club last year -- as she's placed in an interrogation room.
As Cardi finally begins to rap, fans see shots of her being questioned, walking completely nude and strutting into court in front of gathered press in a dramatic, all-white outfit and veil. The NSFW factor ramps up as a nude -- and blood-covered -- Cardi joins more than 20 other naked dancers in the street.
The all-white outfit -- complete with matching hair and eyebrows -- returns as Cardi makes a violent appearance in court that leaves three dead. The carnage continues as Cardi raps while standing among all the now-bloodied and naked dancers. Cardi eventually ends up in jail where, in an orange jumpsuit, she decides to drown her cellmate in a toilet in a shot that lasts 10 full seconds.
The intense video ends with a naked Cardi strutting away from the camera.
Cardi first teased the song back in December, before dropping the track last month. She opened the 2019 BET Awards over the weekend by rapping both "Press" and "Clout," a performance that included a lap dance for her husband, Offset .
