Captions are not safe identifiable

No bro, it's not an identifiable block and it's not a safe way to format image next paragraph[em] as figcaption.

You can see even image and caption are not in the same parent tag!

Unfortunately, In this site there isn't any identifiable tag or classname for captions.

Thus I decided to don't format these cases as figcaption.

I have seen many cases that doing this has caused a part of the text after img to be deleted. This may have happened to you in your templates by doing that.
