### Background

Right now, investors use many different spreadsheets, emails, and documents. It’s messy and slow. InvestorOS is one workspace where everything is in one place. It should be simple, clear, and feel ready to use immediately.

### Challenge

Build an MVP (minimum version) that shows how InvestorOS works. It doesn’t need every detail, but should:

* Save changes (so they stay after refresh).

* Allow simple exports (PDF/CSV).

* Feel modern, fast, and trustworthy.

### Main Features to Include

* Morning Brief – quick view of today’s priorities (alerts, top 3 tasks).

* Pipeline – board of startup deals (New → Screening → Diligence → Decided).

* Diligence – place to save notes/links and export a memo in one click.

* Portfolio – table of companies with exportable reports.

* Network – simple graph of people and connections.

* Search – find deals, people, or actions quickly.

* Clean and modern dark mode.

* Easy navigation (sidebar + top bar).

* Smooth interactions and animations.
