Candy AI Login in 2026: Sign-In Options, Reset Emails That Never Arrive, and How to Get Back Into Your Account
CharlesHow this page was made: I used an AI writing assistant for the first draft, then I (Charles) went through it line by line against Candy's own pages and rewrote what didn't hold up. A few links carry my affiliate tag (the Candy AI, Kupid AI, Lovescape, Ourdream AI and JOI AI links). If you buy a plan after clicking one, I may be paid a share, and your price doesn't change. Nobody else on this page pays me. For adults (18+) only. Everything below was checked at my desk on 6 October 2026 against Candy's sign-in and reset pages, its help centre, its Terms of Service (revised 22 September 2026) and its Privacy Notice (revised 30 July 2026). I have not been locked out of a Candy account myself, so read this as a sourced guide rather than a personal story.
People type "candy ai login" for one of three reasons: to find the real sign-in page, to work out why it keeps refusing them, or to change something about the account behind it. The quick version: the official sign-in page is candy.ai/login, titled "Sign In to Candy.AI". It accepts an email address with a password, and it also shows buttons for Google, Discord and X (the button's code still calls it Twitter). There is no separate app account; the website and the home-screen version share one login.
Below: the limits to know first, fixes by symptom, changing the email or card, what Candy stores about sign-ins, and how four other services handle logging in.
Know these limits before you start clicking
- One account, one email, no moves. Candy's help centre (article updated 5 June 2026) says an account and its tokens can't be transferred to a different email address. If you log in the "wrong" way and end up in a fresh, empty account, there is no merge button.
- Reset links are short-lived. The reset page itself warns that only the newest email works and that its link stays valid for 6 hours. So if you asked more than once, use only the newest message; older links won't work.
- A deleted account can't be logged back into. The help article on missing reset emails tells you to first make sure the account hasn't been deleted. And per a separate article from July, deleted conversations are gone for good.
- Quiet accounts can lose content. The Terms say Candy may remove content after "defined periods of inactivity" for operational reasons, without restoring any credits or allowances tied to it.
- You don't own the account. Under section 1.1 of the Terms it is non-transferable, may not be sold, lent or shared, free or paid, and Candy can restrict or close it at its own discretion if it suspects a rule breach. It can also ask you to prove, again, that you're an adult.
- Nothing to sign into in an app store. Candy says it has no native iOS or Android app, only a progressive web app; any store listing asking for your Candy password belongs to someone else.
Where and how to sign in
On a laptop or phone, type candy.ai into the address bar yourself, open the sign-in panel (or go straight to candy.ai/login) and choose the same method you used when you joined. If you'd like an icon on the home screen, our Candy AI app guide explains the Add to Home Screen route; the pinned icon uses the same account, though it may ask you to sign in once more.
The method matters. Candy's privacy notice says it records the "signup provider" for every account (Twitter, Google, Discord or Email). If you joined with Google, the account lives under your Google address; choosing Discord instead, where a different email may be attached, could put you in an empty profile.
Go here if you just need the door: candy.ai/login, then the button or email you registered with.
Fixes, sorted by what you're seeing
"Wrong email or password"
Candy's own troubleshooting article (updated 22 September 2026) lists the basics in this order: clear the browser's cache and cookies, reset the password, try another browser or device, re-check both fields for typos, and update the browser. Not in the article, but worth a look: autofill pasting an old password, or a lookalike domain.
"I signed up with Google, Discord or X and never had a password"
Look under the form. Next to "Forgot password?" there's a link reading "I don't have a password". Both lead to the same reset page, where you enter your email and Candy sends instructions. Candy doesn't explain the second link, but it appears aimed at social sign-ups who want a password too.
"The reset email never arrives"
Per the help centre (updated 19 September 2026): confirm the account still exists, request the reset again, and check spam or junk. If it still doesn't come, contact customer support. Add the 6-hour rule from the reset page: open the latest message only, and do it promptly.
"I'm in, but my tokens or Premium features are gone"
Usually this means the subscription ended. A help article from August says cancelling doesn't delete tokens: the balance is merely hidden on the free plan and reappears if you subscribe again. Candy's Terms (section 10.2, revised 22 September) say the opposite, that unused tokens lapse at the close of the billing period and don't move into a new subscription. Until Candy settles it, plan on the stricter reading and spend tokens before a plan lapses.
"Some characters vanished after I logged in"
Candy's help centre (June 2026) says characters get pulled for reworks, moderation, licensing or model changes, and some come back later.
"Voice or video won't load"
The relevant help article lists maintenance, staged rollouts, browser limits, low token balance and regional restrictions as causes, and suggests refreshing or signing out and back in, switching browser, clearing cookies and checking media permissions.
Changing what sits behind the login
A new email address. Self-service isn't offered. The help article says to email support with your full name, the first six and last four digits of the card you paid with, a screenshot of a payment showing date and amount, and the new address. One detail to watch: that article names support@candyai.ai, while the Terms, the Privacy Notice and the October article about charges after deletion all use support@candymail.ai. If you're unsure, send it from your account email to the address in the legal pages.
A different card. Profile → Settings → Change payment method, card payments only, and the option disappears once a subscription is cancelled (you add a new card when you resubscribe). Under Subscription → Payment Method you can delete extra cards, but one has to stay on file while a plan is active. Charges show as "EverAI".
Marketing emails. Turn off "Automatic Notifications" in your profile settings, or use the unsubscribe link in any message.
Closing the account. Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Per an article updated 1 October, deleting before the renewal date also cancels the subscription. Every step of stopping a plan, asking for money back or deleting is laid out in our guide to cancelling Candy AI.
What Candy keeps about your sign-ins
The Privacy Notice lists, among account data, your current and previous sign-in time and IP address, a running count of sign-ins and the sign-up provider. If you came in through Google, your name may arrive from Google, and Candy says it has no control over what a third-party login service collects. Depending on where you live, results of an outside age-estimation or ID check can be stored too.
Retention: account data is normally kept for three years after your last activity, which can be cut to one year, or deleted without undue delay if you ask; payment records are kept for ten years for tax reasons. For a wider look at privacy and billing, see our article asking if Candy AI is safe and legit.
Is the account worth logging into?
A free login gets a taste and little more: the help centre caps it at five messages overall, whichever characters you talk to, plus one custom character and one generated picture. Premium means unlimited chat plus 100 tokens a month; Candy's subscriptions page on 6 October quoted $9.99 for month one (then $13.99 monthly), $26.97 a quarter, or $47.88 per year, and its checkout code also contains a two-weekly $9.79 line. Our breakdown of what's free on Candy and what tokens cost does the arithmetic.
Of the five services here, Candy is the one I'd point to for pictures and short video, but the meter is real: Candy's page code charges 12 tokens for five seconds of video and 20 for ten, so 100 monthly tokens go quickly. Go here if visuals are the reason you're logging in and you're fine budgeting tokens: Candy AI's plans. Our Candy AI review on GitBook covers the rest.
How the other four handle signing in
None of these sells a native app either, and each has its own quirks at the door.
Ourdream AI uses "Continue with Google" or an email that receives a one-time verification code, so there's no password to forget; a delayed code is the usual problem. Its help centre lists Premium at $19.99 monthly or $119.88 annually. Our Ourdream AI app and login guide has the fixes. Go here if long, character-driven roleplay matters more than video: Ourdream AI.
JOI AI also signs you in with an emailed code (sender noreply@joi.com, with a resend option), and it is reachable on both joi.ai and joi.com. Its Premium prices only appear after login. The steps are in our JOI AI app guide. Go here if you'd rather pick from a large ready-made cast: JOI AI.
Lovescape offers email with password reset pages plus Google sign-in in its site settings, and it publishes no prices; outside reviewers saw $19.99 a month at checkout (third-party). For sign-in troubleshooting, read our Lovescape app guide first. Go here if you want to design your own character and keep credits that don't expire: Lovescape.
Kupid AI opens its sign-in as a panel on the homepage (kupid.ai/login redirects there), with email, password and a "Forgot password" option, alternative sign-in methods, and a "Last used" tag on the method you picked before, which helps with exactly the mix-up described above. The plan table gives free users 15 messages; after that, Pro costs $12.99 weekly or $179 for a year. Our Kupid AI alternatives guide weighs it against the field. Go here if voice messages are the main draw and a yearly bill suits you: Kupid AI.

FAQ
What is the Candy AI login page?
candy.ai/login. Type the address yourself; Candy has no store app and no other official sign-in site.
Can I log in to Candy AI with Google?
Yes. The page also has Discord and X buttons. Use whichever you registered with, or you may land in a different, empty account.
How long is the reset link valid?
Six hours, and only the most recent email works, according to the reset page.
Can I change the email on my Candy account?
Not by yourself. Support can update it once you prove the payment card; moving tokens to a separate account isn't possible.
I deleted my account. Can I log back in?
No. Reset emails won't come for a deleted account, and deleted chats can't be restored. Contact support if you think the deletion was a mistake.
Does logging out cancel my subscription?
No. Neither does removing the home-screen icon. Cancel under My Profile → Settings → Unsubscribe.
