I paid for a subscription to Reality Kings, and Probiller kept charging me after I cancelled my subscription.

Via pro biller got Realitykings membership.
The company made it extremely difficult to canx my recurring rmembership. This would appear to be corporate policy After six attempts at cancelling via form I gave up and used the chat option, this took ages and involved pushy operator continually pushing me to not cancel.
Very cynical and poor way to treat your customers. Will never go near Realitykings again
Reset passwords says "contact customer service/ multiple accounts tied to email address" I haven't been able to use the service I paid for at all and I'm understandable upset. Thank you for your time.

I paid for a subscription to Reality Kings, and Probiller kept charging me after I cancelled my subscription.

In December, I received an email upon cancellation saying that my "member account" had been cancelled. After I cancelled this account, I was not able to view any content. See the screen shot #1.

After closer inspection a few months later, I noticed I was still getting charged by ProBiller.com,

When confronted, they cancelled my "content membership" - but for some reason I received two access expiration dates - one for the month I cancelled, the other for a month after. Not sure what's going on here, but it's shady AF. See screenshot #2.

I'll report back if I get charged again.

Desired outcome:
When I cancel a membership and no longer have access to content, I don't expect to get charged again. I expect a full refund, but I will report this as fraudulent activity, since there are so many complaints already.

If you pay for a Reality Kings membership, you'll get charged by ProBiller even after you cancel the membership. Was charged for several months. Seeing the complaints here shows they have a scam running.

I subscribe to RK videos through my cable provider, The RK site doesn't seem to rotate new videos very often so I ventured to other options. I see that RK has awesome videos that are pay per view at $12.99. Why is it that I have a RK subscription but can't access the additional PPV videos...not even a discount to watch them.
If that's not possible, could you guys at least rotate new videos once a month or sooner?

-I went in for a subscription on your offer that was 1$ a day for 2 days the offer didin't include any other charges at first, when I logged, the access was very limited so I wanted to cancel.After I canceled after 2 days I got charged by Realitykings.com -31.99$ which is absurd, I didin't sign up for that, I only wanted that simple offer that was showing up on ADs, 1$ a day for 2 days.
Just because I clicked on the monthly membership by accidant I must lose 24, 99. I just wanted the 7 days free trial. They wont refund me. I am realy upset from this company.
