Can Bitcoin be transferred to a Skrill account?

With the Send Crypto option you instantly send cryptocurrency to another Skrill customer from your available crypto balance. To send crypto, follow the steps below:

1. You can initiate a send crypto transaction:

- by clicking on bitcoin to skrill

 from the SEND section of your Skrill account.

2. Enter the recipient’s email or mobile number (with the relevant country code) or select a person from your Recent recipients’ list and click on CONTINUE.

3. Select the cryptocurrency you want to send from the drop-down menu within the Select Balance field, enter the amount and click on CONTINUE.

4. A summary of your transaction will appear on the screen. To complete the transfer, click on CONFIRM.

Good to note:

If not previously done, the recipient needs to accept the crypto disclaimer within the CRYPTO section of their Skrill account to receive the transfer. If you send crypto to non-registered email, your transaction will stay with status Pending for 14 days. If during that time frame the transaction is not accepted, it will get automatically cancelled. You can also cancel a pending Skrill to Skrill transaction by yourself. You can review your crypto transactions from the TRANSACTIONS section of your Skrill account.
