Imagine how much money and time you, as a user, would have to spend to fulfill these requirements. Editing and uploading videos, waiting for the videos to process on CW. For some users, it's much easier to just pay a one-time fee of 22€ and gain access to the whole collection.

Do you believe that it's reasonable for me to approve someone with just 50-100 uploads while I have over 4000+ uploads?
