Campaign Manager

We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end execution of influencer and creator marketing campaigns. You'll be the operational backbone of our campaigns - managing creator relationships from first contact to final report, keeping every deadline, deliverable, and dollar on track across Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Instagram, and TikTok.
What You'll Do:
* Scout & Vet Creators: Research and identify high-performing talent across Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Instagram, and TikTok whose audience, content style, and engagement align with client briefs and campaign objectives.
* Lead Outreach & Negotiation: Run high-volume outreach via email and DM, negotiate fees and deliverables, and manage contracts through to signature.
* Own Campaign Operations: Maintain status trackers and deliverable sheets that keep every campaign thread accounted for - no deadline missed, no detail dropped.
* Enforce Brand & Compliance Standards: Review creator content drafts to ensure full alignment with brand guidelines and advertising disclosure regulations across relevant markets.
* Build Performance Reports: Collect and analyze campaign metrics - views, engagement, clicks, conversions - and contribute to polished wrap-up reports that tell a clear story for clients.
What You Bring:
* Experience: 1-3 years in influencer marketing, creator management, or agency operations.
* Platform Fluency: Deep, native understanding of Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Instagram, and TikTok - their formats, algorithms, creator cultures, and content trends.
* Data Proficiency: Strong command of Google Sheets or Excel; hands-on experience with influencer analytics platforms such as Modash or HypeAuditor is a plus.
* Organizational Rigor: You can juggle dozens of active creator threads simultaneously without losing track of a single one.
* Communication Skills: Clear, professional written and verbal communication - you build rapport quickly with creators, talent managers, and clients alike.
* Proactive Mindset: You spot problems before they become issues and bring solutions, not just updates.
