I am a High Performance Psychologist with over twelve years of academic formation and over nine years of professional experience. My professional experience and fluency in several languages have allowed me to work with amateur, collegiate, professional and elite performers from more than 15 countries, in several fields like sports, performing arts, gaming, and business.
By using evidence-based techniques, my purpose is to work with people to help them achieve a higher level of physical and mental well-being, that will ultimately lead to higher level of performance in their field. I have achieved this through collaborative processes of self-awareness, compassion, and commitment to creating a better version of oneself.
