After Cameron revealed on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in April that she has in fact " been with a lady " before, she's now clearing up rumors that the woman was her close friend and Charlie's Angels co-star Drew Barrymore.
"Some media outlet called for a comment and they wanted to know whether I was with Drew. Literally, I said, 'That makes me want to vomit in my mouth,'" she tells Harper's Bazaar in a new interview for their August cover.
Though Diaz, 41, makes it clear that she's not condemning thoughts of being with another woman -- just as long as it's not Drew, 39.
"That's like saying I'm having sex with my sister. Are you crazy? I wouldn't even ménage with her!" she adds. "Everybody tries things and sees things and checks them out, and either walks away or walks further in. It's life -- it's what people do. I'm not going to tell people what I've done, but I'm also not going to say, 'No! I would never!' If I said that, I'd be shaming myself and shaming other people's choices. I don't want to add any stigma to someone's choice."
In fact, the Sex Tape star, who's currently dating Good Charlotte's Benji Madden, isn't bothered by all the rumors.
"I don't even pay attention," she says. "People will always speculate. People like scandal. They like to put a label on something that they don't understand. It makes them feel comfortable."

Cameron Diaz has revealed that she has had a lesbian experience before, responding to confusion over her sexuality.
Appearing on talk show Watch What Happens Live, she was asked again about her sexuality by host Andy Cohen.
He asked: “Have you, yourself, ever swam in the lady pond?”
She replied: “Yes, I have been with a lady.
“You didn’t ask explicitly how I’ve been with a lady, but I have been with a lady.”
She previously said she did not like to ‘label’ her sexuality, saying: “Because we have to label it, because we make people choose who they want to be, people aren’t happy.
“They’re ruining relationships and friendships and marriages, and they’re feeling like they can’t have all sides of themselves. They feel like they have to choose.
“If we just allowed people to be themselves and to be open to it and not have to be absolute one way or another, life could be really full.”
