The application is provided by TeaCapps GmbH ("TeaCapps") for its users ("Users"). By accessing and utilizing the App, Users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

App Store Distribution

The App is accessible via platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Users interact with these platforms independently of TeaCapps and must comply with their respective terms and policies.

Intermediary Role

The App allows Users to scan and search for products on external third-party websites ("Websites"). It acts solely as an intermediary and does not participate in transactions between the User (buyer) and the Website (seller). Users acknowledge that any agreements or purchases made on a Website are governed by that Website’s terms and privacy policies.

Availability and Reliability

TeaCapps aims to maintain the App's availability and reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Users are advised to back up their device data regularly, including any information stored within the App.

Modifications and Termination

TeaCapps does not guarantee continuous access to the App and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or restrict access at any time without prior notice, including alterations to premium features.
