An OnlyFans model who was left with 'mangled' breasts and had to spend $100,000 on seven breast surgeries has warned other women not to pick the 'cheapest' options.
Calista Melissa Mingst, 40, from Dallas, Texas , first went under the knife at age 24 after becoming unhappy with her natural 30D breasts, and later had a second surgery which caused her right implant to 'droop'.
The former dental assistant, who shares sexy snaps online, claimed her second surgeon failed to fix the problem in a third surgery so she switched surgeons to correct the implants.
Calista enjoyed her implants for 10 months before the trauma from her second surgery made a 'hole' under her right breast, forcing her to have her implants removed, which made her feel 'disfigured'.

She has since managed to successfully get implants, but has warned women against picking the 'cheapest' option due to the trauma of her 'mangled' breasts.
She explained: 'I regret not choosing my current surgeon initially. Had I not made that mistake, I would have fewer scars both physical, mental and emotional.'
During her first surgery, Calista got a 'conservative' enhancement up to 30DD cup from her natural 30D breasts with 300cc saline implants.
She moved to LA for work in 2008 but lost an 'unhealthy' 40lbs after feeling pressure to stay trim - but the weight loss came at the expense of her breasts.
She moved home to Texas and went under the knife for a second time, enhancing her breasts to a 30G cup with 1100cc saline implants with a second surgeon, but her right implant began to 'droop'.
Calista, who makes $30,000 a week selling photos and videos of herself online, explained: 'At first, I was extremely pleased with the results but after six months the right implant started to fall lower than the left one.

Calista switched surgeons to correct the implants. But 10 months later, the trauma made a 'hole' on her breast, forceing her to have her implants removed (pictured with no implants)
Calista said the explant surgery to have her implants removed (pictured after) made her feel 'disfigured' and 'mangled', while she warned women against picking the 'cheapest' option
'It stopped almost two inches further down the chest wall.
'The doctor convinced me he could repair the issue, so I went back the following year and came out a little bigger at 1400cc – making me a 30J cup.'
After the attempt to correct the implants, the repair didn't hold and within three months, Calista's 'substandard' implant had descended once again.
She continued: 'It was really discouraging. All of the time spent healing and money spent to have a substandard result really brought me down.
'The doctor again promised me he could fix it but at this point I was no longer interested in giving him the opportunity.'
Calista made the decision to go to a different surgeon in Florida in 2014 – waiting three months before her consultation, but felt confident that this experience would be better.
Her fourth surgery luckily went smoothly and the model emerged with 30K cup breasts, with 1650cc implant shells that were 'perfectly symmetrical'.
Calista enjoyed her new breasts for 10 months before the trauma of the second surgery set in which caused her skin on the underside of her right breast to thin, resulting in a 'hole' on her implant.
Calista explained: 'The new surgeon had reinforced it but the damage had already been done.
'A hole literally opened up in my skin on the bottom side of my right breast – it was about the size of a dime.'
Calista's second surgery saw her enhance her breasts to a 30G cup (above) with 1100cc saline implants with a second surgeon, but her right implant began to 'droop'
Calista went different surgeon in Florida and her corrective surgery went smoothly and she had 30K cup breasts (left and right), with 1650cc implant shells that were 'symmetrical
Calista (pictured now) went under the knife for the fifth time to have her implants removed in late 2014 and recovered quickly – but hated how her breasts looked and felt 'disfigured'
She admitted that she was 'terrified' but eventually decided to have an explant surgery to have her implants completely removed in a bid to prevent any further problems.
She continued: 'There was no pain, only fear. I was confronted with two choices: try to repair again, knowing there wasn't a great chance of success, or explant, heal, come back and try again later.
'I knew that if I did the repair and it didn't work out that I could potentially be in even worse shape, so I went for the explant.
'It was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made – I was terrified.'
Calista went under the knife for the fifth time to have her implants removed in late 2014 and recovered quickly – but hated how her breasts looked and felt 'disfigured'.
She tried to distract herself by focusing her energies on her fitness journey, building up muscle and achieving a lean physique with just 10 per cent body fat.
Despite building up a 'big, round butt' to have some curves, she felt something was always missing and she couldn't get past the devastation of her 'mangled' breasts.
Calista added: 'I am a big boob girl deep down but I was afraid of what it would take to fix them.'
Finally, in 2017, Calista decided to try and get her breasts enhanced yet again with the same surgeon in Florida.
After speaking with the surgeon, she decided to get 'conservative' 400cc saline implants and also had several sheets of a dermal reinforcement tissue, costing $3,000 a sheet, to support her skin.
The surgeon was happy with how her new breast implants were holding up and in August 2020, Calista increased her implants in her seventh surgery to 800cc.
After spending $100,000 in total, $70,000 on the surgeries and additional costs on flights and hotels, Calista finally felt satisfied with her breast implants.
Although she is now happy with her figure, the model wishes she could go back in time and make better decisions as she 'regrets' choosing her first surgeon.
Calista has urged other women who are looking to enhance their breasts to take their research seriously and find the best surgeon for them.

She continued: 'You need to know what all of your options look like.
'Have a realistic picture of what you want and do not shy away from paying for it.
'That means don't pick the cheapest option just because it's the cheaper – save up if you have to because it's better than doing more surgeries.
'I picked the wrong guy for my second boob job. He may have been the right one for many girls, but he was the wrong one for me.
'It's also important to spend time picking your size – what seems too big today may not be the same a week or two from now.
'Be honest with yourself about what you want and why you are doing it.'
Although the model would like to have further surgery to make her breasts even bigger, she said she is at peace with her looks.
Calista added: 'If I was never able to go any bigger than I am now I would be OK with that – and that peace was hard won.'
