Our Rocklin Sports Complex offers both youth and adult sports leagues and training in Sacramento. Enjoy our facility’s two indoor astroplay grass soccer fields, and two hardwood NCAA regulation-sized basketball courts that can be converted into four volleyball courts.
We host both youth and adult soccer leagues, plus adult basketball leagues, but our facility has also been used for futsal, volleyball, lacrosse, kickball, dodgeball, and even football and baseball practices.
Swim Lessons are taught by WSI (Water Safety Instructor), ASI (Aquatics Swim Instructor), and Lifeguard certified teachers who conduct classes in private and group settings. Regardless of your age or current ability, we have lessons to fit you or your child's needs.

Important: These heavy-duty training boxes are unfinished and will show minor blemishes and irregularities, even when new.
Boxes ship separately from other items in your order, usually within 1 week. Training boxes are shipped for $25 per box to addresses in the continental USA only. Sorry, we don't ship boxes to HI, AK, PR, or outside of the US.

The Cali K9®professionally-designed, custom wood touchpad box helps train your dog to make physical contact with a smaller object from a distance, shape pivoting and other behaviors, and build focus, drive and confidence. Touchpad boxes can also be used on both sides to elevate, establish focus and place command, and position train miniature and toy breeds.
