California Auto Insurance Cancellation?

The vehicle was taken by her without permission I know alot of people state that but that is actually true.She crashed and didn't have insurance or a permit. She wasn't responsible no one was hur nonetheless and considering that the different person was driving with headlights down during the night equally vehicles are wrecked. Will my protection plans I only have obligation.
