Case Summary
The buyer purchased access to a private version of the Calamari product, after being explicitly told that the product had already been released (ready for use & sale).
After the payment was made, the delivery of the product was repeatedly delayed, Keno kept postponing it for five days and at the same time refused to issue a refund.
As of April 28, 2026, the product has not been delivered and no refund has been issued.
Evidence Breakdown
1. The customer initially purchased a weekly subscription to the public version of the product for Rust. During this process, he asked whether a private version was available.
A "co-owner" responded that such a version was expected to be released soon.

2. Shortly afterward, Keno stated that the product had already been released and was available for purchase. This statement directly influenced the buyer’s decision to proceed with the purchase.

3. A few hours later, the buyer paid for the private version.
At the same time, Keno mentioned he would be busy, but confirmed the transaction and requested proof of payment.

4. After some time, Keno gets back in touch with the buyer and states that he is working on resolving the issue. However, the process is dragging on for far too long, and it becomes clear that he is simply stalling, without providing any explanation for the delay. At this stage, communication became inconsistent and evasive.

Start by announcing that the product is out.

Then turn around and say you're ''not magician'' - as if that explains why granting access to a non-existent product, one the co-owner Kova wasn't even aware of, might take days.
