In template editor cached page with time used to generate IV:

On "Report Issue" page my template uses newest version of the article with no time. But cached version with time are shown in 'Original' section (two screenshots below):

After press "Reload" button in my editor the same "Report Issue" page now work properly:

This site removes time part after ~24h period. In this article time presented on source and in "Report Issue" page.
