Like much of the Southern Baja peninsula, Cabo is subtropical, where the desert meets the sea. But, no matter the weather, the good news is, your tribe is already there. The people are already doing the healing, ahead of legislators being educated and before any just laws are written for the people about a plant that heals. One or two at best, then I need to smoke.
