Gregory: I'm good. Looking forward to a fun AMA with you guys.
CryptoTodayNetwork: Sure, let's start this with introduction.
Would you mind introducing yourself, telling us about your background and the team working on Spores?
Gregory: Sure. I joined the Spores Network with a unique mix of advertising, digital marketing, and big and small brand experience.
I've worked on Super Bowl ads, repositioned brands for growth, revamped traditional companies by turning them into new digital fighter brands that drive unexpected growth. I've had the pleasure of working on some of the most well known brands in the world like Pepsi, MillerCoors, and McDonald's and with some of the most contemporary communications consultancies around - BBDO, Razorfish, and Salesforce.
In addition, I am a passionate crypto investor and am inspired by decentralizing our world and what can accomplished for artists, content creators, and IP in Web3. I am excited to be at Spores Network where I get the opportunity to help build what I believe could become one of the biggest brands and ecosystems in the new world we are building.
Spores Network co-founders include Duc Luu (Nasdaq IPOed serial entrepreneur) Eric Hung Nguyen (former senior investment analyst at a top-10-worldwide hedge fund), and a diverse team of advisors across blockchain and entertainment.

Can you tell us about your Spores project? What problems does Spores solve that existing competitors haven't and what is its competitive advantage?
Gregory: Spores Network founders believe that the decentralization of ownership and burgeoning metaverse will uniquely bridge our digital and physical lives. Our mission is to create an NFT ecosystem that is creator-centric, community driven, and borderless. To that end, Spores functions as a media company that leverages an NFT marketplace and game publishing platform to activate content creators in art, games and entertainment.

Q1. How is Spores Network development going? Can you describe current development status, market expansion plans, expected applications ? What awaits us in the future?
Gregory: Everything is going well. Artists and creators are excited about our vision as a media company that is anchored as an NFT marketplace and game publishing company.
We organize our business across three Asian-centered and global pillars.
The first is Art. Within art we organize our business across three Asian-centered and global pillars. We have three levels of curated solutions - silver, gold and platinum.
The gold level will include 10k artists that have gone through a curation screening process to be allowed onto our marketplace. Our gold level is the top 1% of silver and will be an ongoing feature within our marketplace. Platinum artists are curated artists who drop their collections at their discretion.
These are the big guys in the art world and I strongly encourage that you stay tuned as we will have some exciting things to share shortly.
We will also have a curated secondary market where we are pulling 25-50 NFTs from the most popular categories to offer a one-stop-shop solution for NFT buyers who motivated by our brand positioning.
The second pillar is Games. We are a GameFi store and have 10 games signed to launch by the end of December and will then have 2 games per month ongoing.
The third pillar is Entertainment which has two parts
The first, includes celebrities and original content film, TV, music, and animation/anime and influencers. Signed entertainment partners include: Kow, Boomi, Vampire Hunter D, Todd Gray, and Immortal Studios.
The second focuses on Corporate Brand partnerships where we are helping create original marketing and merchandising campaigns to reward customers and drive sticky loyalty.
In addition, we are into Game Publishing where we offer launchpad opportunities for P2E games through INOs of their in-game assets including land transport, weapons, skills, character sales, and more.
We have 5 IDOs/IGOs on the way for Q4/Q1.
Another unique thing we are doing in gaming is offering incubator solutions where we invest in IDOs - and operate blockchain game studios - with venture capital style support across funding, marketing, operations, and tech advisory functional expertise.
We have 4 IDO/IGOs slated per month moving forward. Then we have our metaverse activation. This too is broken into two parts and by the end of the year our first meta solution will be live - an XRVR gallery.
This gallery space will be used for personal expression by our artists. They can do anything here that they want. This is a space where patrons can immerse in temporary and permanent world-famous digital art and offers a section where everyday people can house their own gallery.
Within 18-months we plan to launch our own metaverse. This will be a digital 3D playground and gamified open world ecosystem where all IP and brand partners can interact with people choosing to enrich and connect between their digital and physical worlds
One other exciting thing to mention is our tech roadmap and use of BSC, MATIC; and our powerful partnerships with Cardano and Solana.
Q2. Why should people invest in #SPO tokens? What are the benefits for investors in holding tokens ? What are the usage areas?
Gregory: The activation plans and early momentum should signal a company on the move.
SPO tokens are on a buy back program every quarter where we use 25% of our token profit to lock tokens for 2 years.
In Q3 we completed a $25k usd buy back. The idea being to create positive pressure on the price.
In addition, we are designing a comprehensive loyalty reward program for SPO token holders that bring utility and benefits to token holders that will drive value for holding SPO tokens.
And, we also have exclusive VIP access for hot NFT drops, where as Spores stakers get VIP access to our IGO, INO, accelerator program for IDOs, access to Metaverse phase 1 and phase 2.
Moving forward a specified % of future NFT drops will be purchasable with our SPO tokens. Spores token holders use SPO tokens to vote for platform governance, upgrade and development proposals, to utilize DeFi transactions (e.g. LP mining, staking, collateral lending), to monetize in associated benefits with NTFs (e.g. subscription for Elite Club to earn NFT airdrops, collectible rewards and presale access to exclusive NFT drops).

Q3. What’s Spores’ new vision on GameFi?
Gregory: We have always been focused on gamefi through our steam inspired gamefi secondary NFT marketplace, now adding IDO/ISs and directly investing through our Spores Capital Ecosystem Fund to bring GameFi IDOs to market.

Q4. We heard that Spores’ has a plan for the Metaverse, can you share details?
Gregory: Absolutely. We have two phases to our Metaverse build.
Phase 1 - museum and gallery space that will hold world famous permanent and temporary exhibits from artists in the NFT space.
Second, it will also be a social venue where stakers of spores tokens will be allowed to have a free personal gallery space to show off the crrypto artwork they have bought.
I'll drop a few images of what this will look like so you can get an idea of how cool the gallery space will be.
Phase 2 - building over the next two years is a full metaverse where content IP and brand partners can interact. We hope to have Kow Y meca alongside Todd Gray's site along with game characters from our game partners.
Q5. Do you have any news/updates about Spores that you would like to share with us?
Gregory: In a partnership between the world’s leading blockchain-based collectibles marketplace and one of the most influential Japanese mecha designers, Spores Network is proud to announce that it will be producing Maschinen Krieger in an upcoming NFT collection.
Some of the proceeds from the sales will support Yokoyama’s creative endeavors and contributions to this exciting new medium.
Yokoyama is also known as the creator of the “Japan Science Fiction Award” prize sponsored by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Club of Japan and the Atom Statue of the “Tezuka Osamu Cultural Award.”
His masterpiece “Maschinen Krieger” has been praised by model fans for nearly 40 years, as the collection was developed on three-dimensional modeling and illustrations of himself.
Something else we are excited about is the interest we are receiving from brands.
For example, we have signed paperwork but cannot announce a global luxury car company we are working with.
We have been asked to help them leverage an NFT as a unique security pass to a star studded celebrity VIP event, offer an art gift, and then help attendees understand the immediate and future potential value of that special piece of art. This will then be used for some really cool VIP membership offers from the attendees local dealership. Stay tuned on this one...it's going to be really cool!
Q6. There is a POLKAFANTASY LAND SALE going on, can you tell us more about that?
Gregory: In the spirit of being Asian-centric, we're excited to announce that we're embarking on a new adventure through a partnership with PolkaFantasy — the first-ever Japanese-themed NFT cross-chain marketplace, built for NFT lovers by NFT enthusiasts.

Q1. Which metaverse will Spores gallery locate ? There are quite a few projects out there.
Gregory: Our Metaverse is one that we will be building ourselves. We have a number of folks interested inpartnering with us and we'll have more details soon.
Q2. What is your strongest advantage that you think will make your team leading the market?
Gregory: Spores Network is bringing forward a very different vision. We're a media company levegaging an NFT marketplace and Game Platform which gives us a clear and straight-line integration with Metaverse. The biggest advantage we have are the people on our team. Across our leadership team we have big thinkers who have gone to amazing schools like Harvard, Yale, University of Chicago, and University of Southern California. That said, we also are a group who can get things done. We thrive on bringing great ideas to life and see action in the market. The second big advantage is the amazing response we've received from IP owners - artists and content creators. We have amazing individuals, brands, and companies that are lining up to get involved with us across art, gaming, and entertainment. All of these folks find the cross pollination opportunities to be amazing. An artist could get involved with a global brand. A celebrity could work with an artist and/or game. The permeations are endless. It's going to be an exciting time to be part of the Spores Network!
