📖 Lecture "Heap vulnerabilities"

☀️ We are starting spring with a series of lectures from our friends, experts and experienced professionals. This Sunday, we invite everyone to a lecture about exploiting heap vulnerabilities by Artur Khanov.

🧑‍🎓 Artur Khanov: senior lecturer at ITMO and St. Petersburg State University, LANIT programmer, experienced participant and organizer of CTF competitions, scientist and developer of projects related to antivirus software and code protection.

📚 At the lecture we are going to:

▪️ investigate the structure of the heap and tools to work with it

▪️ look at the main vulnerabilities of the heap

▪️ study examples of problem solutions - vtable rewriting

▪️ master the author's exploit for modern heaps 💪

💻 We recommend you to bring laptops with you❕

🟩 A green ticket will be awarded as part of joining the ITMOteam. To do this, you need to present offline and actively participate in the lecture.✍️
