There is no single gatekeeper in bitcoin world, making every human being a potential property owner. Ownership will become more difficult and expensive as bitcoin world gets more crowded.(1)

La apropiación de terrenos de bitcoin continuará porque las personas, compañías y gobiernos se darán cuenta que no pueden permitirse ser inquilinos de bitcoin en lugar de propietarios. El precio de bitcoin ha incrementado a largo plazo porque las personas están tratando a bitcoin como bienes raíces de primera calidad. No hay un guardián único en el mundo bitcoin, haciendo que cada ser humano sea un potencial dueño de propiedad. La posesión se hará más difícil y costosa en la medida en que el mundo bitcoin se haga más concurrido.(2)
