Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM migration projects to agreed time, cost and quality criteria.
- Produce and maintain project management documentation including project plans and project status reports in accordance with the IT Department project management processes and procedures.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
- Define and document all phases of projects including tasks, escalation paths, milestones and acceptance criteria.
- Review and validate work plans of external service providers contracted to execute elements of the project.
- Ensure that risks, issues and changes are documented and managed effectively.
- Liaise with project sponsors, stakeholders, and staff in order to achieve project goals.
- Produce presentations to communicate project goals and status to stakeholders.
- Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
- Facilitate the release of the project to the support/services team.
Requirements:
- 3+ year experience with SDFC (both sales and marketing cloud) implementation and support including:
- migration between different CRM systems (from SDFC and / or to SDFC)
- integrations with telephony, SMS, webinar, websites services, omni-channel marketing solutions, mobile applications and reporting systems (Power BI, etc.).
- Strong Project Management (5+ years) and Communication skills.
- Good understanding of commercial business in partnership with Commercial Excellence, Commercial IT and business divisions.
- Understanding of Data Privacy requirements and limitations in Russia.
- Experience with infrastructure and databases, different hosting providers and clouds.
- Ability to work in complex matrix organization with many stakeholders and delivery groups.
- Working experience in International companies.
- English at least Upper-Intermediate (fluent is preferred)
- Outstaffing contract with Ancor.
