CRM Developer (Python)

An international travel and concierge agency, is seeking an experienced CRM Developer with a proven track record in CRM projects. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing our CRM strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient and robust back-end features using Python.
• Provide support and oversight to the existing technical team, contributing to the core CRM's technical design, development, and implementation.
• Conduct troubleshooting and promptly address any errors in the code.
• Engage in requirement gathering, design, development, and testing of functionality.
• Establish a clear release strategy to ensure proper versioning of system configurations.
• Analyse current performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Improve operational efficiency by automating manual processes and data transfers, collaborating closely with the business to prioritize backlog bug fixes and minor enhancements.
• Regularly report on team performance, progress, results, and upcoming tasks to the management team, serving as a CRM functioning marketing champion.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Python developer in previous roles.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and Bottle.
• Solid understanding of SQL and MySQL databases.
• Proven End-to-End IT Project Management expertise within large, complex organizations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective mentoring and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage your own workload.
