About the team:
We are looking for a Chief Product Manager to manage the key product Poks Platform in our ecosystem. He/she should report to the CEO directly, several product managers, field experts and analysts should report to them.
Poks Platform is an international club poker platform for hobby players. It is the first poker mobile app that guarantees safety of the game and offers to choose opponents.
Requirements:
- An ambition to create not to reproduce patterns. We aim at disrupting the market and need someone someone equally audacious
- 5 to 8 years of product management experience in gambling or gamedave industry (ideally but not necessary in poker). Not a student nor a recent graduate of an online Product Management course, but an expert with a great portfolio.
- Experience in launching a product in a new market, project experience outside of their native culture.
- Mastery of tools and methodologies A/B, JTBD, basic financial modeling skills (PnL)
- Experience in key roles in a startup Early stages (building 0-1 products)
- A combination of professional instinct with meticulousness. The professional instinct is what works great for clients and meticulousness for numbers and metrics.
- Fluent English
Main responsibilities:
- Gather, process and prioritize product ideas, transform them into hypotheses and validate them.
- Perform a product discovery and get information on project feasibility, scope and potential value for client segments.
- Product implementation management: scope description, development planning, budgeting, integration into sales and marketing teams.
- Market feedback processing, making decisions on changes based on metrics
