✨ How It works

The technical implementation of the bot is quite complex, but the idea is very simple:

With the help of a complex of neural networks, the help of chat admins, volunteers and users, CPBlocker identifies pedophiles within the rules of Telegram

The CPBlocker recognizes text, any media and their content

Once CPBlocker is 100% sure that this is a pedophile and he is violating Telegram rules, the violator will be automatically banned from all chats where CPBlocker is installed 

The ban of the violator will happen in the background OR when the violator publishes any message in the chat

Those, to 'Hello' in a chat from a pedophile, CPBlocker will respond with its own 'hello' in the form of a ban! 

When blocking the violator, CPBlocker will post a notification with the reason for the ban, accessible to chat admins

  Reply
  Report child porn or child abuse.

  Links can be specified with or without https.

  You can provide many links at once
  (no more than 100 links per day from one admin)
  In the chat where the specified message with a violation is located, a CPBlock must be installed, and you do not have to be the admin of this chat.
  At the same time, the multiban of the specified user will be triggered in all group chats where you are an admin with the rights to delete and block
  
• Report cp via forward
  You can send an message with a violation to the bot’s PM and then send a replay command /dd
  At the same time, the multiban of the specified user will be triggered in all group chats where you are an admin with the rights to delete and block
  
• /unban userid
  Report no violations of Telegram rules by userid.
  The bot's AI will launch an analysis of the user and then send the query to the internal admins of the CPBlock for consideration.
  Unfounded requests lead to a decrease in the trust of the admin in the system or its reset
• /subcp (in chat)
  /subcp chatid (in bot's PM)
  Subscribe to cp events.
  Notifications about events will be sent to the bot's PM
• /unsubcp (in chat)
  /unsubcp chatid (in bot's PM)
  Unsubscribe from cp events.
  Notifications about events will stop coming to the bot’s PM
• /status userid (in chat)
  /status userid chatid (in bot’s PM)
  Displaying partial information about the user userid.
  Information in the process of current or future processing by the AI, containing personal data, as well as for users with no restrictions from the CPBlock, is not displayed

  You can specify the duration of the mute (in minutes, hours, days and their combinations).
