This Consent (“Consent”) explains and records your permission for LW305 LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) to collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process your Personal Information in connection with your use of veongen.ai and any related web application, account features, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, creating an account, uploading content, submitting prompts, purchasing credits, subscribing, or communicating with support, you provide your informed, specific, and unambiguous consent to the processing described below.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Personal Information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with you, directly or indirectly.
1.2. Biometric Information means certain identifiers derived from biological characteristics that may be used to identify an individual (for example, facial geometry or similar identifiers). Depending on applicable laws, images containing a face may be treated as biometric or sensitive information.
1.3. Input means any images, videos, files, text prompts, or other materials you submit to the Service.
1.4. Output means any generated or processed content returned by the Service (e.g., images, videos).
1.5. AI Providers means third-party services that process Inputs and prompts to produce Outputs.
1.6. Credits means internal units used within the Service. Credits are not legal tender, not a stored-value account, not e-money, and not redeemable for cash.
2. FORM OF CONSENT (HOW YOU CONSENT)
2.1. You provide consent by taking affirmative actions in the Service, including:
- visiting or using the Service,
- registering or logging into an account,
- submitting prompts, requests, or forms,
- uploading Inputs,
- purchasing Credits or subscribing,
- contacting support or sending communications through the Service.
2.2. Electronic consent / signature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, your actions described above constitute your electronic signature and written authorization for the processing described in this Consent.
3. CATEGORIES OF INFORMATION YOU CONSENT TO US PROCESSING
Depending on how you use the Service, you consent to processing of the following categories:
3.1. Identifiers and account information
- account identifiers, session tokens, authentication data,
- email address and other account/contact data you provide.
3.2. Content data
- Inputs you upload (images/videos/files),
- prompts, instructions, and text you submit,
- Outputs returned to you,
- metadata associated with your generation/processing requests (timestamps, job IDs, status, error codes).
3.3. Biometric / sensitive content (if provided)
- If you upload images or videos containing a face or other identifying biological features, those materials may be considered Biometric Information or sensitive information under some laws.
3.4. Transaction and subscription metadata
- purchase/subscription status, amounts, timestamps, currency, transaction IDs, and payment confirmation details we receive,
- Credits balance and usage history.
- We do not collect or store full payment card numbers when payments are handled by payment processors.
3.5. Technical and usage data
- IP address (and approximate location derived from IP),
- device/browser information (user agent, OS, device type),
- logs and security signals (access times, feature usage, performance and error logs, anti-fraud signals),
- cookies and similar technologies (as described in our Privacy Policy).
3.6. Referral/partner program data (if enabled)
- referral identifiers and records needed to attribute invites and rewards.
4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING (WHY WE PROCESS)
You consent to processing for the following purposes:
4.1. Providing and operating the Service
- processing Inputs and prompts and delivering Outputs,
- operating accounts, Credits, subscriptions, and usage tracking.
4.2. Payments, billing, and accounting
- confirming transactions, managing subscription status, handling charge issues and refunds (if any),
- maintaining records for accounting, tax, and compliance.
4.3. Security, safety, and abuse prevention
- detecting and preventing fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, automated abuse, and attacks,
- monitoring system integrity and enforcing our Terms of Service.
4.4. Support and communications
- responding to support requests, disputes, and operational questions,
- sending service-related notices (security alerts, changes, outages, confirmations).
4.5. Analytics and improvement
- debugging, performance monitoring, aggregated analysis, and improving Service reliability and user experience.
4.6. AI Providers (third-party processing)
- transmitting Inputs and prompts to AI Providers to generate or transform content,
- receiving results from AI Providers and returning them to you.
4.7. Marketing (where permitted)
- sending marketing messages only where you have opted in or where allowed by applicable law; you may opt out at any time.
5. BIOMETRIC INFORMATION: EXPLICIT DISCLOSURE AND WRITTEN RELEASE
5.1. When this applies. This section applies if you upload or submit Inputs that include a face or other identifying biological features.
5.2. What you are authorizing. You authorize the Company to:
- collect, store, and use such Inputs for the purpose of providing the Service (including generating Outputs),
- transmit such Inputs to AI Providers and infrastructure vendors as necessary to fulfill your request,
- store such Inputs/Outputs temporarily as described in Section 7 (Retention).
5.3. Purpose and duration. The purpose is to provide the content generation/processing functionality you request and to maintain Service security and reliability. The duration is limited to the retention periods in Section 7, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution.
5.4. Your responsibility for consent of depicted persons. If your Inputs include other individuals (not you), you represent and warrant that you have all required rights and consents (including any biometric-related consents where required) to upload and process those individuals’ data.
5.5. No sale of biometric information. We do not sell biometric information for money.
6. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
6.1. You consent to our disclosure of information to the following categories of recipients as necessary for the purposes in Section 4:
- AI Providers (to process Inputs/prompts and generate Outputs),
- payment processors (to process payments and manage subscriptions),
- hosting, storage, CDN, and security providers (to operate and protect the Service),
- analytics/monitoring providers (to maintain reliability and prevent abuse),
- professional advisors and contractors (support, accounting, legal) under confidentiality obligations,
- law enforcement or authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6.2. International transfers. You understand and consent that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
7. RETENTION AND DELETION
7.1. Content retention. Inputs, Outputs, and related generation metadata may be stored on our systems for up to 7 days, then deleted or anonymized as part of routine operations, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution.
7.2. Account and transaction records. We may retain account data and transaction metadata longer as needed for accounting, tax, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
7.3. Logs and security records. Technical and security logs may be retained for a reasonable period to maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot.
8. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT AND YOUR CHOICES
8.1. How to withdraw. You may withdraw this Consent at any time by emailing lightweight305@gmail.com with the subject line: “Withdrawal of Consent”.
8.2. Effect of withdrawal. Withdrawal may limit or prevent your ability to use the Service (especially features requiring content processing). We will stop processing based on consent where applicable, but we may retain and process information where necessary to:
- comply with legal obligations,
- protect security and prevent fraud,
- resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or complete transactions you requested.
8.3. Biometric-related withdrawal. If you do not want biometric/sensitive processing, do not upload Inputs containing faces or identifying biological features.
9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS (UNITED STATES)
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights such as access, deletion, correction, portability, and certain opt-outs (as described in our Privacy Policy).
To submit a privacy request, email lightweight305@gmail.com with the subject line: “Privacy Request” and include:
- the email associated with your account (if any),
- what you are requesting (access/deletion/correction/portability/opt-out),
- any details needed to verify your identity.
10. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By providing this Consent, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction),
- you have the legal right to provide the information you submit,
- your Inputs do not violate law or third-party rights,
- if your Inputs include other people, you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from them.
11. CHANGES TO THIS CONSENT
We may update this Consent from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Service with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Consent.
