COCA Cashback Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to all users who have successfully registered and verified their COCA Wallet.
• Each participant must be at least 18 years of age.
• The COCA card is currently available to users in the following countries:  

UK & Europe: Andora, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar,  Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania. Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Montenegro, Monaco, United Kingdom

Asia Pacific: Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore,

2. Qualifying Purchases

• Users must use their COCA card (virtual or physical) to make purchases to qualify for cashback.
• Eligible spending includes most goods and services, including but not limited to groceries, travel, retail, and entertainment, anywhere in the world where Visa or Mastercard is accepted.

3. Cashback Rewards

• Users will receive 5% cashback on qualifying purchases, paid in USDT tokens.
• Cashback amounts are calculated based on the total transaction value, excluding fees or chargebacks.
• Cashback rewards are credited to the user's COCA Wallet by 23:59 CET on the 10th of each month (or the next business day if the 10th falls on a weekend), covering purchases made during the previous calendar month.
• COCA reserves the right to delay reward payouts in the event of technical issues, audits, or verification requirements.

4. Subscription Cashback

• Users are eligible for 50% cashback on select digital subscriptions, including Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime, ChatGPT, and Apple Music.  More subscriptions are to be added.
• Availability of cashback offers may vary by jurisdiction and may not be offered in certain countries. Users are encouraged to contact customer support for jurisdiction-specific eligibility.
• Each user may claim cashback for up to three (3) subscription services per month.  If a user has more than three active subscriptions, cashback will only be applied to the first three eligible subscriptions.

5. Hotel Booking Discounts (Coming Soon)

• Users can access exclusive hotel deals through the COCA Travel feature, with discounts of up to 50% on standard rates.
• Offers are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.

6. How to Order Your COCA Card

• To participate in the Promotion, users must order a COCA card through the official app. A step-by-step guide for ordering your card is available in the COCA Help Center. This guide includes:
• Creating and verifying your COCA Wallet
• Selecting a virtual or physical card
• Activating your card for use
• Making your first purchase

Users may contact COCA Support at any time for assistance.

7. Accepted Stablecoins and Supported Blockchains

To ensure compatibility, and proper transaction processing, only the following stablecoins are available for funding and spending via the COCA card.

The following stablecoins and their associated blockchains are accepted as of April 22, 2025:

• USDT (Tether) - Supported Blockchains: Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche C-Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum.
• USDC (USD Coin) - Supported Blockchains: Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche C-Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Stellar, Base
• EURC (Euro Coin) - Supported Blockchain: Ethereum
• EURS (STASIS Euro) - Supported Blockchains: Ethereum, Polygon

Important Notes:

• Users may only use the stablecoins listed above on the specified blockchains to fund or transact with their COCA card.
• It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they are transacting with the correct stablecoin on a supported network before initiating any card-related transaction.
• The list of coins and tokens you can use to fund your card or make payments can be updated. To view the latest list and add new tokens, visit "Linked accounts" in the "Cards" section of the COCA app.

8. Fraud and Abuse

• COCA reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel cashback rewards in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• This includes, but is not limited to, the use of fake identities, bots, or the manipulation of transaction data.
• COCA may suspend or terminate participation in the Promotion without notice if abuse is detected.

9. Modification and Termination

• COCA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Any changes will be posted on the official COCA website, or COCA Social Media, or within the app, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. General

• This Promotion is not transferable and has no cash value outside of the COCA platform.
• All decisions made by COCA regarding the Promotion, including eligibility, reward issuance, and interpretation of terms, are final and binding.
• Users are responsible for any taxes or regulatory obligations that may arise from receiving cashback rewards in their jurisdiction.
• COCA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.

11. Ineligible Transactions for Cashback Rewards

COCA Cashback rewards will not be awarded for the following types of transactions:

a. Cash-related Transactions

• ATM withdrawals (including over-the-counter cash disbursements at banks)
• Cash advances
• Quasi-cash transactions
• Loading of stored value accounts
• Purchase of money orders or travelers' cheques

b. Cryptocurrency Purchases

• Transactions that involve the direct purchase of cryptocurrency using the COCA card.

c. Gambling and Betting Transactions

• Includes online gambling platforms, casinos, lottery purchases, or any other gaming or wagering transactions.

d. Government or Judicial Payments

• Payments made to tax authorities, courts, child support agencies, or for fines or penalties.

e. Refunded or Cancelled Transactions

• Transactions that are later refunded, reversed, disputed, or cancelled for any reason.

f. Professional Services and Timeshares

• Certain business or legal consulting, including timeshare-related purchases and other non-retail business services.

g. Other Non-Eligible Transactions

• Any transaction COCA deems as being used to manipulate, abuse, or simulate real purchases.

h. Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) Not Eligible for Rewards

• Cashback rewards are not eligible for transactions made with merchants falling under the following MCCs:
