Origins of CK
The mixing of cocaine and ketamine, also known as "CK," is a relatively new drug trend that emerged in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Cocaine is a powerful stimulant drug that produces feelings of euphoria, increased energy, and heightened alertness, while ketamine is a dissociative drug that can produce hallucinations, feelings of detachment, and altered perceptions of reality. The combination of these two drugs is reported to produce intense, euphoric, and dissociative effects that some users find appealing.
The origins of mixing cocaine and ketamine are not entirely clear, but it is believed that the trend may have emerged from the rave and club scene, where both drugs were commonly used. Some users may have started experimenting with the combination to enhance the effects of one or both drugs, while others may have been attracted to the unique and intense experiences reported by CK users. However, it is important to note that the use of CK can be dangerous and can lead to serious health consequences, including overdose, heart attack, and respiratory failure. Forms of CK
Both drugs are likely to have been ground down as much as possible and mixed, therefore the usual form is a powder, occasionally a nasal spray.
Appearance
As above, due to how CK is produced, appearance is likely to be:
📌 a white/off-white powder is how the CK most commonly presents. A glassiness due to the ketamine crystals could also be present.
📌 Some vendors are known to sell CK in the form of nasal sprays.
Positive Effects
Users can expect to feel the effects of both drugs, potentially each amplified by the other. The effects might include:
📌 Intense euphoria.
📌 Increased confidence.
📌 Distorted reality.

Addiction
Mixing cocaine and ketamine can be addictive, as both drugs have the potential to cause physical dependence and addiction. Cocaine is a highly addictive drug that affects the reward centers of the brain, leading to a strong desire to use the drug again and again. Ketamine, although less addictive than cocaine, can also cause dependence, especially with long-term or frequent use.

Routes of Administration
Due to the forms that the drug present, the usual two ROAs are:

CK can be cut into lines and sniffed.
📌 Nasal spray administration
CK can be made as a liquid solution and supplied in a nasal spray bottle. It would be then administered by spraying up into the nasal passages.
Dosaging
Resources are scarce regarding dosaging due to CK being a combination. Always start low and go slow if you choose to use and please follow our safety tips at the bottom of the page.
Onset Time and Duration
Please refer to the onset time and duration information for each separate compound. It is not known if the combination effects these times.
Potential Risky Interactions
Please refer to the individual risky interactions for both separate substances and consider them all risky to mix with CK. As this is a combination drug and relatively new there is little research or resource available. Please always follow basic safety tips below.
Detection Times
Detection times are subjective and the below are guidelines only. The best way to pass a drug test is to not take drugs.

General Safety Tips
We always encourage basic safety precautions and health maintenance before and during drug use, should you decide to use them. Here are some basic tips:
📌 Test your drugs where possible, especially if you're buying from an unknown source.
📌 A lot of people use benzodiazepines or other pharmaceutical sleeping tablets to kill a comedown. We urge extreme caution when doing this (especially if you've had alcohol too) and recommend trying more natural sleep aids such as melatonin to see if they work for you.
📌 Always start with a low dose and work your way up slowly to avoid the risk of adverse effects. The effects of some substances can be unpredictable, and individual sensitivity can vary greatly.
📌 Use in a safe and comfortable environment: Use substances in a safe and comfortable environment, preferably with someone you trust who can assist you if necessary. Avoid crowded or unfamiliar places that could cause anxiety or distress.
📌 Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, but be careful not to drink too much as this can lead to hyponatremia (low sodium levels in the blood), which can be life-threatening.
📌 Be careful when combining with other drugs. Research what drugs interact with each other an risk adverse effects.
📌 Take breaks between uses. As a general rule limit your use to 1-2 times per week.
📌 Seek medical attention if necessary. Your health is an absolute priority and not worth risk because you fear somebody finding out about your drug use.
📌 We recommend that you take a multi-vitamin the morning after or with food and take liver function tablets the morning of the day of drug use and again the morning after. Drink plenty of water before bed after use. If you take drugs every week then take liver function tablets every day. However, we recommend that if you choose to use drugs, then try to limit use to 1-2 times per week maximum.
