1. Chose one CEX from the topics of Team Work Group

2. write #I_WILL_DO_THIS_ONE in the related CEX topic

3. search in Telegram of your chosen CEX and find out their process for Listing Tokens (If not found then search in their Twitter/Site/email)

4. contact them with subject of Listing Our Token

5. fill this form after finding the data

6. done

Collected Data Must Include :

- finding the contact person of the CEX for Listing Process

- finding out that that person is legit and officially verifiable by the CEX ( usually every CEX have a page that you can verify their staff )
