Fun Factory (band)Fun Factory is a German eurodance group formed in 1992, originally consisting of founding members Balca Tözün, Rodney Hardison, Toni Cottura and Stephan Browarczyk. They have been nicknamed simply Balja, Rod D., Smooth T. and Steve. The group enjoyed success throughout the '90s.

Do Wah Diddy Diddy"Do Wah Diddy Diddy" is a song written by Jeff Barry and Ellie Greenwich and originally recorded in 1963, as "Do-Wah-Diddy", by the American vocal group the Exciters. Cash Box described the Exciters' version as "a sparkling rocker that bubbles over with coin-catching enthusiasm" and said that the "great lead job is backed by a fabulous instrumental arrangement." It was made internationally famous by the British band Manfred Mann.

The first releases were the debut studio album Nonstop in 1994, preceded by the chart hits "Groove Me" and "Close to You", both released in 1993 and reprised on the 1995 album titled Close to You. "Take Your Chance" and "Pain" followed in 1994. This success was followed with the sophomore release Fun-Tastic in 1995, preceded by single releases "I Wanna B with U", "Celebration" and "Doh Wah Diddy", a cover version of Manfred Mann's song "Do Wah Diddy". Two more singles, "Don't Go Away" and "I Love You", have been released in 1996, both of moderate success, respectively. In 2015, Fun Factory returned with the single "Let's Get Crunk", the lead single of their third studio album "Back To The Factory".
Celebration (Fun Factory song)"Celebration" is a song by German Eurodance band Fun Factory, released in August 1995 by various labels as the second single from the band's second album, Fun-Tastic (1995). The song is performed by Marie-Anett Mey and the rap parts is by Smooth T (a.k.a. Toni Cottura). A sizeable hit in Europe, it was a top 10 hit in Spain (10), and a top 20 hit in France (19) and Germany (12). Outside Europe, the single reached number nine on the RPM Dance/Urban chart in Canada and number 88 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the US. The accompanying music video for "Celebration" was directed by Marcus Adams. In 1996, the remix of the song done by Mousse T was sampled by French electronic music duo Daft Punk on their song "Revolution 909".
