CARETAKER REQUIREMENTS.

We are currently opening recruitment for the caretaker position. Please read the following requirements carefully. Only those who meet all the criteria will be considered.

⌬ RULES & REQUIREMENTS.

1. Available Committed

You must have sufficient free time. Do not apply if you are currently hectic, inactive, or on a hiatus period.

2. Professional Attitude

We are looking for caretakers who have a good attitude, a good sense of responsibility, and a full commitment to their job. You should be professional, capable of separating personal matters from work, take initiative without being asked, be responsive, and actively contribute to the main channel and group discussions.

3. Experience Required

Minimum 2 months' experience in the rental industry as part of an agency management team. You are not allowed to be engaged in any other agencies. We need full focus and dedication to one agency only. If you are currently managing or part of another agency, please hold off on applying.

4. Interview and Internship Period

You must be willing to attend interview and to take an internship seriously. This is an essential phase to determine your suitability for the position.

5. Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (legal age).

⌬ RECRUITMENT SYSTEM.

The recruitment process is carried out in several stages:

1. Interview Stage

All candidates will undergo an interview to assess basic qualifications, availability, and attitude. Only qualified candidates will pass the interview and continue to the intern stage.

2. Trainee Stage (7 Days)

The selected candidate will undergo a trainee period of around 7 days. During this time, we will observe your performance, attitude, communication and initiative. This stage is essential to see how well you fit into the team and responsibilities.

3. Internship Stage (1 Month)

If you complete the 7-day trainee, you will continue as an intern caretaker for a month. During this stage, you will start receiving a salary, and your performance will be evaluated based on consistency, professionalism, and general contribution to the team.

4. Official Caretaker

By the end of your one-month internship, if your performance is good and fulfills expectations, you will be selected to become an official permanent caretaker.
