Bzivil - Privacy Policy, Terms & Refund Policy

1. Introduction & Overview

Welcome to Bzivil ('we', 'our', or 'us'). Bzivil is a civil engineering, construction planning, and project management mobile application designed to assist engineers, contractors, architects, and builders with floor planning, cost estimation, quantity surveying, site measurement logs, and office diary management. This document outlines our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund & Cancellation policies.

2. Information We Collect

To provide authentication, office sync, and customer support, we collect the following minimum necessary information:

• Account Information: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number provided during Google Sign-In or profile setup.
• Project & Calculation Data: Floor plans, site coordinates, estimation entries, and measurement notes created within the app. By default, core project records are securely stored locally on your device or synced via our secure cloud backend.
• Transaction Information: Purchase history and subscription active status. Note: We DO NOT collect, store, or process your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.

3. Third-Party Services & Security

We partner with verified, industry-standard third-party providers strictly for app functionality:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure user authentication, database management, and cloud syncing.
• RevenueCat & Google Play Billing: Used for securely validating and managing active in-app subscriptions and purchase receipts.
• Cloudflare: Used for secure file transfer and cloud storage operations.

All communication between the app and servers is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal or project data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payment Terms

Bzivil provides both free core features and premium advanced subscription tiers. All payments, in-app purchases, and subscription billing are processed exclusively and securely through Google Play Billing (and authorized payment partners such as BillDesk for Indian developers). Pricing is clearly displayed within the app before purchase.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in fair and transparent billing practices:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through Google Play Store (Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions). Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period, and no further renewal charges will be made.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play's standard refund policies. If you experience technical difficulties, duplicate charges, or billing discrepancies, please reach out to us at bzivilsupport@gmail.com with your Google Play Order ID, and we will assist you promptly.

6. User Rights & Account / Data Deletion

You retain full ownership of your data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated cloud-stored information, you may do so at any time directly from the Profile screen in the app or by submitting a deletion request via email to bzivilsupport@gmail.com. All associated account data will be permanently purged within 30 days of the request.

DISCLAIMER: The calculations, floor plans, quantities, and cost estimations generated by Bzivil are for planning, educational, and conceptual reference purposes ONLY. Real-world construction requires site-specific engineering analysis, soil tests, and verification by certified structural engineers, licensed architects, and local government building bylaws. The developers of Bzivil assume no liability for structural failures, financial losses, or construction discrepancies resulting from reliance on the application's automated outputs.
