Единственно неудобно, что нельзя перемещать в другие закладки. Но это легко сделать в штатном диспетчере закладок. В результате, удалось воссoздать полностью структуру своей Экспресс-панели из Opera. Коневую папку, само собой, для удобства разместил на панели быстрого доступа. Новые ссылки удобнее сохранять, указывая при сохранении с помощью звёздочки справа в панели поиска нужную папку, а не пользуясь плюсиком. Что касается синхронизации - не пробовал, не знаю.
