The frame of the Xplore wagon is solid and sturdy, but it does not flex as much as other wagons we test. It is also more difficult to fold than some of the competition and it doesn't secure when folded. It is easy to maneuver however, and can fit through narrow 28-inch doors.
3. Delta Children LX Side by Side
This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great choice for parents who are looking for a second stroller that is affordable. It scored well in our Strollers and Multiples Test for weight and folded dimensions. This means it's lightweight and compact when folded and easy to lift and store into a car trunk. It also has a multi-position reclining seat and a parent cup holder. Other features worth mentioning include two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling and 360-degree front wheels that absorb shock.
In our test of push and turn, it did better than many of the other strollers of a similar price we test, but it's not the most comfortable to maneuver on uneven ground or through narrow doorways. Its sunshades are among the smallest we tested, offering only direct overhead coverage, and no windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have larger canopy sizes.
It took us under 3 minutes to put together the Delta using a standard manual. None of the parts required tools. However, it is missing some critical features that we think you should consider non-negotiable in a double stroller, such as an extra-large basket and reclining seats that have adjustable leg rests.

The seat can be reclined using one hand, and the large shopping basket makes it simple for parents to get their child in and out. Despite this being quite a narrow pushchair it handled the everyday bumps with ease and slid through doors without fuss.
The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward position, or they can rotate. This is useful in rough terrain. When we walked on the stony path, we let them swivel and it did this quite well although it did seem a little bumpier than others in our test.

Baby Jogger is known for their three-wheeled, all-terrain Jogging pushchairs, however they also offer a great range of 4-wheeler strollers. The City Tour 2 is one of their most popular models. It is easy to use and folds down small enough to fit in the car boot, even with the carrycot attached.
It's a bit heavier than other strollers we test, but the wheels are a rubber composite so it feels well-made and durable. It's a breeze to maneuver across all types of terrain. It's easy to carry, even when loaded with two kids and a shopping bag.
The seat and carrycot both come with hoods with pull-down sun canopy extensions that are UV50+. They are showerproof and sturdy, unlike some other prams' hoods which get turned back into toddlers faces.
It's not a lot of storage space but it has an ample basket that is deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or a large amount of groceries. It can also be used with the Baby Jogger car seat for infants that weigh up to 20 pounds (car seat and adapters are available separately). The City Tour 2 is a ideal choice for those looking to take a stroller on the go.

The canopy/seat has two large fixed or flip-out sun visors and both are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't the best since it's not as silent as Velcro and could wake up napping babies.
