Our Lances require a minimum flow rate of litres per hour and the K2 model has a maximum flow rate of around litres per hour. Although the Karcher K adaptor we offer will fit most Karcher Models, the main reason it isn't compatible with our lance is because of the flow rate. To get this swapped over, simply pop the adaptor in an envelope back in the post to us. Once we receive your returned adaptor we can send out the new adaptor on 1st Class Royal Mail service. When returning an adaptor please ensure to include your name, original order ID, and name of the adaptor you would like to swap it for.
