Wild camping is allowed everywhere, also in the more densely populated parts of the mountains. Opting for overnight in tents also reduces costs. You will be out in the wild and mostly out of reach of mobile and internet networks. Make sure your relatives know about your plans before leaving. Treks usually depart from Dushanbe in the morning. Return at the end of the trek is mostly in the afternoon. Nevertheless, we are flexible to adapt to your schedule.
