Letters, except those exchanged between the sender and the addressee of the parcel or persons residing with them; tobacco; unobliterated postage and other stamps, bonds and orders payable to bearer. Restrictions apply to importation of medicines, plants saccharin and similar substances. Two or more copies of the commercial invoice should be supplied. Celluloid seasoned , films and other articles made on celluloid must be packed in soldered tin boxes enclosed in strong wooden boxes.
