The selected population includes narcotics department officer, regular Cannabis takers on different location of Dhaka and Narayanganj city. In conducting this research convenient sampling technique has been used. The research is qualitative in nature. Only depth interview approach is used to dig out necessary information. Primary data are collected through an unstructured questionnaire and secondary data are collected from online sources. Data are described on the basis of the story found during the research.
