The trips are often longer than at lower levels. Along the way, it will be both physically and mentally demanding, and that requires you to be prepared for this. The level of the tour is demanding to very demanding. There is a great variety of different singletracks, some are easier, however often they are challenging, with slippery, steep and rocky sections, which can of course also be walked. A good physical condition and a solid riding technique on trails up to S3 scored by using the Single Track Scale, which classifies natural trails are therefore the essential prerequisites for enjoying this multi-day tour to the full.
