In Ramadan, most Muslims eat two meals instead of two meals. The present study concluded a difference in selling and pharmaceutical practice during Ramadan in comparison with other months. As a result, physicians and pharmacists should be informed about different pharmaceutical practice during Ramadan that might affect treatment outcome and the sale of drugs.
