The rest of the days are yours to do whatever you want. If one person in a group is truly struggling, they will discuss it with them and if they agree, they will happily take them out of the group and do 1 on 1 lessons for 2. If they don't want to do 1 on 1 then they will try as hard as possible to accommodate them in the group, and if that means having an extra instructor in the group to help them out at the back, then they'll do it.
