When I asked for clarification on a particular strain, she gave me incorrect information, which I only discovered after purchasing the product. This was not just a case of poor customer service but outright negligence. To make matters worse, when I tried to express my dissatisfaction, Cyani became defensive and even more hostile. It was clear that this dispensary does not prioritize customer satisfaction or basic respect.
